Join us for our 19th Annual Conference for those interested in sharpening their skills and networking with other professionals in the field of planned giving.     
 

Crutchfield_Photo from her web site LUNCHEON KEYNOTE:  Leslie Crutchfield, co-author of Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits on how to maximize nonprofit effectiveness. It was named one of the Best Books of 2007 by The Economist.   Ms. Crutchfield is a leading authority on effective philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership and management. She is a seasoned executive with experience directing millions in investments to entrepreneurial nonprofits.   She co-founded Who Cares, a national magazine for young activists and social entrepreneurs. Both Newsweek and Self magazines have featured her as one of America's top leaders under 40. She has appeared in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, on NPR, PBS and other media.  

Leslie’s new book is Do More Than Give: The Six Practices of Donors Who Change the World (due this month). Coauthored with John V. Kania and Mark R. Kramer, this book demonstrates how donors can go beyond check writing to become proactive catalysts for change by rising to meet the challenges of our increasingly interdependent world.

  • Continuing Education Credit:
    4 hours (Pending Approval) MCLE, CFP, CPE, CFRE.
  • Transportation: Take BART or MUNI/METRO to the Montgomery Street Station, take the Market/New Montgomery exit, turn left at the top of the escalator.
  • Lodging: The Conference does not have a negotiated hotel rate for this event. Parking: There are many parking garages near the hotel.
